Personal Training
I offer training sessions in bundles of 8 and 12 per month. I incorporate various exercising modalities to ensure optimal fitness progression while keeping your abilities and goals in mind.
It’s my job to meet you where you are and create a program that is as unique as you are! I want to challenge you but I also want you to have fun and fall in love with the process.

Nutrition Coaching
Food is such an important part of the human experience! Somewhere along the way, we lost the plot. My approach to nutrition coaching takes the joy of food and properly fueling your body and brings them together for healthy, balanced liberation.
I work with you to find out your current eating habits and determine goals, then help you create your own meal plans that support them and work with your lifestyle.

Individualized Online Coaching
Exercise on your own time! I provide my online clients with 16 written workouts per month and weekly check ins.
It doesn’t matter where you exercise! I work hard to find out all of the equipment you have access to (and if you don’t have any, that’s OK too!) in order to develop a highly personalized plan that helps you achieve your goals.
