Your Program
Select a day to see your workout. Two routines will be displayed - one suited for home workouts and another for gym environments.
Every workout will have progression and regression options for each exercise so you can appropriately push yourself to the limit. Remember, we’re always looking for excellent form and adequate challenge.
If your form is suffering, try a regression. If you’re breezing through a given exercise, try a progression. We want the last few repetitions of any exercise to be challenging, but not impossible.
We’re here to fall in love with doing hard things! If you walk away from your daily workout proud, you’ve done everything right.
